About Me
I'm (33) years old. I grew up in Northwest Louisiana, but consider myself to be honorary east Texan. No, my parents live 8 hours away from New Orleans and were fine during Katrina, and no, I'm not Cajun. My blood doesn't run purple and gold, but my great grandfather was LSU's oldest living graduate until he died at age 104 in 1988.
I love math and robots. Sometimes, it is about the numbers. I would like to visit all 50 states by the time I'm 30. I have traveled over 50,000 miles while looking for caches in 34 states, 1 Canadian province and 1 Mexican state. I have traveled the entire length of I40 except for the stretch between Oklahoma City and Little Rock. When insomnia strikes, I count primes. I usually make it somewhere between 811 and 881 before I fall asleep.
I don't wear makeup, wear dresses, or carry a purse. If I carry a bag, it's usually my laptop bag or my caching bag. When I travel, I usually have my son, pug, GPSr, laptop, camera, and phone. I am happily married, and hope to find time to build up my mileage on my bike, so I can join my husband when he goes touring.
