Paul’s First Real Easter

Easter Impatience

My parents aren't going to be here on Easter Day, so we decided to celebrate a little bit early. On Monday night, we dyed the eggs. Paul wasn't quite sure what we were up to at first, but the dye cups were quite tempting. The first egg that came out was a bright green. After I thought it was mostly dry, I handed it to Paul. I guess it wasn't completely dry, because Paul looked like he was wearing a gothy shade of lipstick after he tried to eat it.

I think I had more fun dying eggs than he did. I tried to make it interesting for him, but I guess I might have to wait an Easter or two before he gets into it.

Aww. Thanks for the comments on granny.

We’re having our egg fun this Saturday with at least 4 kids and anywhere from one to three more. I never know around here.
